Application Fee: $65 per applicant

Reservation Fee: $250. One approved, the $250 reservation fee is applied toward your security deposit. We currently offer a reduced security deposit of $500 for applicants who meet certain criteria.

Electric and water are paid by the resident and are based on individual usage. Internet and cable are also paid by the resident. Landlord pays for trash removal. All residents are required to obtain renters’ liability insurance.
